Robes Terms & Conditions

All Lessandra’s beauty brides will receive 10% off our robe buying service.

 

 

Our robes all have a personality of their own and we are confident that you will find the perfect one for you. All robe will be packaged in our custom-made, water-resistant garment carrier and is easy to travel with as it’s cabin friendly, perfect for destination weddings.

 

 

Our robe gowns are made of real delicate fabrics which need to be handled with care. To remove wrinkles, we recommend steaming for the best and safest finish (Please allow 45 mins to 1 hour to steam your robe). Robes must not be ironed! if you do not have a steamer you can hire a steamer from us or introduce moisture in the form of steam to relax the tulle, such as, putting the robe in the bathroom and run a hot shower and let the steam do its magic.

Lessandra can not be responsible for loss, damages, theft, fire, severe stains and any other causes.

 

Lessandra’s Beauty cannot be held responsible to failure to deliver any order due to a force majeure event. Example: act of God, terrorism, crime, transport failure, extreme weather conditions (including snow and flooding), denial of access to venues or religious sites.

 

COVID 19 or any pandemic of infectious disease-causing postponement or rescheduling of delivery date – we will accept transferring your booking to another date, if notified at least 7 days prior to changes.

 

Delivery will cost £15 for 1ST CLASS signed for and £25 for NEXT DAY delivery within the UK . USA delivery will cost £75 for 3/4 Working Days and £55 for non tracked 6+ working days.

 

No Returns and Exchange. 

 

By paying Lessandra’s Beauty, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of business attached to your invoice. You also agree that you represent the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
