APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment . Late arrival will result in shortened appointment time. A £15 fee is payable if your more than 30 minutes late.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or change an appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required, deposits are non refundable for Missed or cancelled appointments.
DEPOSITS
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Available for treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Our expert team will be delighted to assist you if you need advice.

These apply to all wedding bookings with LESSANDRAS BEAUTY STUDIO
BOOKING PROCESS
Booking enquiries can be made via telephone or email. To secure the booking, clients must pay a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 25% of the balance plus any travel charge. The next instalment will be 50% and the remaining 25% deposit must be PAID 7 days before the wedding day or your booking will be cancelled.
Lessandras Beauty will provide a booking summary and confirm receipt of the deposit, the 25% deposit is to secure your wedding day. It is the client's responsibility to check the booking summary and ensure that Lessandras beauty is notified of any errors within 7 days of receipt. If the client notifies Lessandras Beauty of an error after this period, and Lessandras Beauty is unable to fulfill the booking, cancellation fees may apply.
Please note that the booking is not final until the deposit has been paid in full and Lessandras Beauty has confirmed receipt in writing.
The price agreed at the time of booking is final, so if Lessandras Beauty price list changes it will not affect your agreed rate.
All discounts and special offers are agreed at the time of booking based on the number of booking. If the number changes any discounts will no longer be applicable and full price may be charged.
CANCELLATION FEES
If for some reason you cancel your booking, your cancellation must be confirmed by email. If a wedding or part of a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the wedding date, the balance is required in full. If a wedding or part of a booking is cancelled within 14 days before the wedding date, you will loose 75% of your money.
Your DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE. Please note that all changes or cancellations MUST be stated in writing.
